I have a track & Received a trace code, but it doesn't work. Why is this?
You will receive a unique Track & Trace code. This will be automatically sent to your specified email address. However, this only becomes active once the courier service scans the package for the first time. From that moment on, the Track & Trace code active and you can follow the package. If your order consists of multiple devices, it may be shipped from different warehouses. If this is the case, you will receive multiple Track & Trace codes with different delivery times.
I have not received an order confirmation, what now?
Have you placed an order with us, but have you not received a confirmation by email? Always wait at least 60 minutes. It may sometimes take a while before this email is sent from our system. Always check your spam/junk email box, sometimes our email ends up there. If you still have not received anything after this, please contact our customer service. It is possible that a typo was made in the email address during ordering. Don't worry: if your payment is successful, the rest of your order will be processed automatically by us.
How old are the devices on your website?
The introduction year of our devices differs. To view the introductory year or model year you must do the following. To do this, click on the device you would like to have. You will then arrive at the product page. Then scroll down and you will see the introduction year under specifications. Only for iPhones we do not yet mention the introduction year. We sell devices from 2013 to present.
How long is the software of the devices supported?
All devices we sell are supported by the most recent software. However, when you receive your device it will run on the penultimate software variant. You must therefore update your device yourself to the most recent version.
Can I collect my order from you?
No, this is not possible. We are a webshop and send the devices to your specified delivery address. If you order a device from us on workdays before 10:00 PM, you will receive it at home the next day.
When will I receive my invoice?
The invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you entered. This is usually around 7:00 PM on the day the package is shipped.
I would like to return my device. How do I do this?
You can always register your device for return within 15 days. Complete our returns form or contact our customer service. This can be done via email, telephone or via the chat at the bottom of the page. You then have 15 days to send the device. So you have a total of 30 days to think about it.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning?
After we have received the product back and the contents have been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 working days. You will be refunded in the same way as you paid with us.
What do the different cosmetic conditions mean?
All our devices are 100% technically in order. However, there may be differences between the cosmetic conditions of the devices we sell. We use 4 different cosmetic conditions: 'Good', 'Very good', 'Excellent' and 'Excellent'.
How long does a repair take?
The average repair time is around two weeks. This may also take shorter or longer depending on the problem. Would you like to report a repair? Send an email to our customer service.
What payment methods are there?
You can contact us with IDEAL, MisterCash, Credit Card, Paypal, Cash on Delivery and prepayment.
