Ordering and Paying
Our webshop offers you the opportunity to place an order as easily as possible. The overview below explains the ordering process step-by-step.Ordering
Step 1 - Shopping
You will see an “Add to shopping cart” button next to every product in our webshop. By clicking on this, the desired product will be added to your shopping cart.Step 2 - Shopping cart
If you wish to see your order you can click on the text 'Go to shopping cart'. You'll see a summary of the products you want to order. You can also add a discount code in this field. Do you want to order immediately? Then click on 'Proceed to checkout' to go to the completion of the ordering process. Here you must fill in all personal information.Step 3 - Personal data
If you are ordering for the first time, you can enter your personal data in the following step. This step will be skipped if you already have an account. If you wish to change your personal data, you can click on "Change" in the right section.Step 4 - Payment and shipping
In this step you can choose the desired payment method. For example, choose PayPal or Creditcard. You also have the option to choose the shipping method. Choose 'standard' if you want to have the order delivered to your home. Choose 'pick up' if you want to pick up the order at our store in Nieuwegein.Step 5 - Overview
In this overview you can check to products you want to order. Click on the down arrow if you want to check all the specifications of the products again. Of course you can also check the price here.Step 6 - Payment
If you have chosen Bancontact, iDeal, Credit card, SOFORT banking, Belfius or PayPal, you can proceed the payment in the next window. If you have chosen for 'Pay when pickup' and 'Bank transfer', this step will be skipped.Step 7 - Confirmation
Once the payment has been completed (if applicable), you will see a confirmation of your order in the next window, with the associated order number and order status. This information will also be sent via e-mail.Paying

The amount will be deducted from your bank account immediately and iUsed will be informed that the order has been paid. iUsed works with the payment provider Mollie for the processing of iDeal payments.Shipping
Your order will be shipped once we have received the confirmation of payment. In general, orders placed and paid for before 15:00 are shipped the same working day.Maximum amount order
Payment is possible for order amounts of up to €2.500,- including VAT.Shipping costs

Shipping
As soon as we have received your payment, we will begin processing your order. Please be aware that bank transfers generally take 2-3 working days.Please note: If no payment has been received within 5 working days, we will assume that payment will not be made and the order will be cancelled.
Cash on delivery
Payment
You pay the exact total amount of the order in cash to the courier when your product is delivered. In some cases, the courier may have a mobile PIN device. However, most couriers do not have this yet. Unfortunately, we are unable to indicate which couriers are in the possession of a mobile PIN device. We recommend that you have the correct amount ready.Shipping
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you by telephone to confirm the order. After confirmation by telephone, the order will be sent as soon as possible. An order will not be sent if there has been no contact and confirmation by telephone.Maximum amount order
Ordering with Cash On Delivery is only possible for order amounts of up to €500 incl. VAT.Additional costs
The additional costs for Cash On Delivery are €29.99 per order incl. VAT. The COD costs will be added to the total amount automatically.Please note: The courier will only hand over the ordered products once you have paid the complete, exact amount in cash.
Afterpay
It is not possible to pay after delivery with RefurbishedDirect. To use this payment method, we would be obliged to pass on customer details to third parties, which we do not want to do.Account payments (for companies and (semi-)public bodies)
Business customers can pay on account. Certain rules apply to this:- You are already a customer of one of the members of the NEG Group.
- You have already placed orders with one of the members of the NEG Group and have a satisfactory payment history.
- You can present a certified extract from the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce (KvK), no older than 6 months.
