Ordering

Placing an order

1. You can easily place an order by adding a product to your shopping basket. You add a product to your basket by clicking the ‘Add to basket’ button. Then click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
2. Check your order and enter your details.
3. Complete the payment. You can pay with iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal or Klarna (pay later).

Creating an account

If you do not yet have an account with RefurbishedDirect, you can create one during the checkout process. The benefit of having an account is that you can easily view your order. In addition, when you place a new order on our website next time, you can complete your purchase much more quickly.

Order confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation. This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout. As soon as the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the Track & Trace code.

Haven’t received a confirmation email within 30 minutes? First check your spam folder. If it’s not there either, please contact our customer service.

Changing/cancelling an order

Please contact customer service to check whether it is still possible to change or cancel your order.

Payment

Paying at RefurbishedDirect can be done in the way that suits you best. All available payment methods are shown during checkout. All prices on our website include VAT. Ordering for business? You will always receive an invoice including VAT amounts.

iDEAL (NL) / Bancontact / Giropay (DE) / Belfius / KCB-CBC / ING Home'Pay (BE) 

Payment

The amount is debited from your bank account immediately, and RefurbishedDirect is informed that the order has been paid. RefurbishedDirect works with the payment provider Mollie for payment processing.

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched once we have received payment confirmation. Orders placed and paid before 15:00 (3:00 p.m). are usually shipped the same working day.

Shipping costs

Our standard delivery is free of charge. Any costs for optional delivery choices will be shown during the selection process.

Credit Card

Payment

The amount is debited from your credit card immediately, and RefurbishedDirect is informed that the order has been paid. RefurbishedDirect works with the payment provider Mollie to process credit card payments.

Additional costs
For private customers, we do not charge any additional fees for credit card payments. For business customers, a 2% payment surcharge applies to the total order amount when paying by credit card.

Collection

It is possible to pay by credit card when collecting your order.

Our standard delivery is free of charge. Any costs for optional delivery choices will be shown during the selection process.

PayPal

Payment

The amount is debited from your PayPal account immediately, and RefurbishedDirect is informed that the order has been paid. RefurbishedDirect works with the payment provider Mollie to process PayPal payments.

Additional costs

We do not charge any additional fees for payment via PayPal.

Collection

Klarna – pay later

Payment

During the checkout process, you must create a Klarna account or already have one. The amount is debited directly from your Klarna account, and RefurbishedDirect is informed that the order has been paid. RefurbishedDirect works with the payment provider Mollie to process Klarna payments.

Your order will be dispatched once we have received payment confirmation. Orders placed and paid before 15:00 (3:00 p.m) are usually shipped the same working day.

Additional costs

We do charge 2 percent additional payment fees for payment via Klarna – pay later.

Additional conditions

Several additional conditions apply to payment via Klarna – pay later. The delivery address and invoice address must be the same. General information about Klarna can be found here, and further details can be found in Klarna’s user terms.

Your personal data is processed by Klarna in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as described in Klarna’s privacy statement.

Collection

It is not possible to pay with Klarna – pay later when collecting your order.

Payin3

Payment

When you place an order, Payin3 performs a short credit check first. If approved, you immediately pay one-third of the total purchase amount via iDEAL. After 30 days you make the second manual payment, and after 60 days the third manual payment. You will receive timely payment reminders by email, through the Payin3 app, and by SMS. RefurbishedDirect works with the payment provider Mollie to process Payin3 payments.

Shipping

We ship your order once we have received payment confirmation (after payment of the first one-third). Orders placed and paid before 15:00 (3:00 p.m) are generally shipped the same working day.

Additional costs

We do charge 2 percent additional payment fees for payment via Payin3.

Collection

On account (for businesses and (semi-)public institutions)

Business customers can order on account. The following conditions apply:

• You are already a customer of RefurbishedDirect.
• You have a good payment history.
• You can provide a certified extract from the Chamber of Commerce not older than 6 months.

In addition, for each order we require a signed purchase order on official letterhead. Please clearly state: 

• The products or the quotation number.
• The invoice and delivery address.
