You can decide which service point in your area you wish to visit, so your repair can be carried out quickly. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the repair is completely free of charge.Service
RefurbishedDirect guarantees quality, because every device has been checked on more than 50 different points. Thanks to this inspection, every device has the lifespan and quality of a new product. Because we are very sure of this, we give a 2-year RefurbishedDirect warranty on all your purchases.In the unlikely event that your purchase is defective, you can request a repair. If the defect falls within the warranty, the repair is free of charge. If you wrongly report a device for repair, outside the warranty, the research costs will be charged to you. Devices with water damage, fall damage and any other form of self-inflicted damage are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty
RefurbishedDirect stands for excellent quality. The legal guarantee applies to all products that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. We also offer an additional two-year warranty. We can give you this guarantee because our products meet more than 50 points being checked . As a result, we are sure that they meet the high quality requirements that RefurbishedDirect requires of its products. In addition, the device receives a software update and the battery is checked and replaced if necessary. When you choose a product with the Keurmerk label, this means that the percentage of the battery is at least 85% upon delivery and at least 70% in 2 years. With RefurbishedDirect you always have the certainty that your device is technically 100% in order. In the unlikely event that something turns out to be defective, you can assume that we will solve this for you immediately and you can claim the warranty. This warranty is only valid with RefurbishedDirect. When you having it repaired by another party will void the warranty.Repair
In order to qualify for the warranty, we must physically examine the product. For this you must therefore send the device to us. If you live in the Netherlands or Belgium, we will pay the shipping costs. Shipping costs from countries other than the Netherlands and Belgium are for your own account. Repair or diagnosis by third parties in the country of residence is not a guarantee. A repair takes a maximum of 15 working days.Our guarantee does not apply to:
- Damage caused by fall, pressure, impact, moisture* or use**. The employees of RefurbishedDirect determine whether this is the case.
- Damage caused by an external short circuit. Examples include lightning strikes or using the wrong adapter.
- A device that is full of dust. This can also cause defects.
- A device that has been accessed by a third party.

Water or moisture damage can have various causes. The most common is when the device comes into contact with water or another liquid. If you use your phone in a damp room, moisture damage can also occur. Think of telephone use in the bathroom or when it is foggy. In addition, sweat, clammy hands or large differences in temperature can also cause your phone to no longer function properly.
** Explanation of fall, pressure, impact or use damage:
This type of damage can occur in several ways. Common causes are frequent use or bumping/dropping the device. This may result in the product no longer functioning properly. Damage may also occur if strong pressure is applied to the device. Think of sitting on your device or wearing your device in pants (pockets) that are too tight. This may cause the device to warp. This can cause damage that is not visible from the outside, but as a result of which a number of functions no longer function (properly).
